Artist’s Spaces

I love artist’s spaces, artisan workrooms, workshops, and other places where people create.  There is always such positive energy in these places.

These photos are from my friend Linda’s workroom.  She is an amazing paper and collage artist and I love her space.  You can tell creativity lives here.  And every time I visit, she is working on another new creation.  Or two.  Or three.  She’s very prolific and her work is amazing.

Artist’s tools and supplies are also interesting to me – people’s collections and stashes of paints, markers, paper, pencils, brushes, pliers, hammers, fabric, yarn, threads, and of course beads.  There are moments when it’s difficult to be an artist or artisan, but you have to admit, we get to work with cool stuff.
